Yusen Logistics - Naperville

I just want to give all the fellow O/O and small fleet owners heads up here. DO NOT do business with this Naperville, IL location. A guy named Chris there, I will not post his last name, is the worst rep I have ever worked with. This guy was so rude that I couldn't work with him anymore and when I asked to speak with someone else, he canceled my load that I had with Yusen. Don't get me wrong, Yusen is a great company but there is always that one branch that thinks they can do anything they want. Naperville is that branch for Yusen Logistics. Save yourself the headache and trouble and just keep looking if you ever come across this company.
