Thanks for your response. I have had some family issues come up that may require that we move. I have just started recently so don’t want to ask them until we know what our plans are.

You may also be looking at a change in pay scale one way or the other, so be prepared for that as well.

If it's okay, moving early is best, you lose less seniority.

Basically you need to be an active full time employee having the previous six months with no write ups (LOI) and the transfer would be subject to the business needs of both terminals.
There is an option for a temporary transfer of up to 12 weeks for family care if that fits your time frame/situationupnorthwpg and Ian2175 Thank this. -
Your tm has to approve, AND your barn has to be fully staffed.

Yes
He would go to bottom of list in terms of job bid and vacation bid but would keep pay scale and vacation accrual.
The temporary transfer would put him at the bottom of the list also but once returning to home service center, he would dovetail back in place with his seniority.upnorthwpg Thanks this. -
That sucks, and that’s one grea thing about my company. Seniority covers both city and linehaul, AND you don’t lose it with a transfer.
