Then why do you not report them, if you have credible evidence?
SwampButt and drvrtech77 Thank this. -
Sounds like your paid on percentage. You won't get paid for empty miles on percentage pay. You get paid a percentage of the load.
Seaboard is notorious for overloading trailers. They load what the receiver wants. They are the ones at fault. Overweight is a money maker. NO CSA points involved. And the company pays the overweight. Don't know of any company that pays for your speeding or log book violations. Like buzzarddriver said if have proof report them. -
When a driver does #### 15,000 miles in one month, it's shows how messed up it is...
They will send u 400 miles to pick up a load going 386 miles.
The lead dispatcher doesn't know his ####ing head from his ###, and is causing alot of good drivers to leave..
Can't be that great of a company when in 2 weeks 13 trucks became empty. They are the lowest paid company in Amarillo..
That being said, the owner Brent Shillings is a great man and does what he can to help the drivers. Problem is, he lets the head dispatch make most decisions...
If you want to work your ### off and deal with #########, and not get paid worth a ####, apply...
If the got rid of the long hair ####### dispatcher it would become a great company again..
As for the ones who said if the guy has proof turn it in...even if he did turn it in, nothing would be done -
Glad you came here to let people know. The only way they will change their ways is if people stop driving for them.

On another note, and I realize easier said than done. As an industry we have got to stop accepting non permitted overweight loads. The shippers do this because there is ZERO accountability, or liability to them.
