They’re both wireless and Bluetooth, so what’s the difference?

Headset has a microphone attached for phone conversations?
When driving you can only have one ear covered.

they have a cheap one at walmart very small thing 30$ only look like earbuds really with a wire attached to both sides that's it and you can talk to people just fine had it 6 months no issue I like its low profile instead of a command center headset lol

I use this pictured below. I have a rather nasty form of epilepsy that manifests itself with horrible seizures with different kinds of sounds. I also have problems not sound triggered too. Because of this when I am outside or around loud high pitched noise I MUST have these on and listening to music. Most times I am listening to one of Chopin's piano concertos. The purpose of my reply is to alert you to the fact that most all bluetooth devices that can hook up to a cell phone are headsets. These are earbuds that do both. I have tested these with friends using the phone speaking through them.

EDITED: I also DO NOT recommend this product for Truckers to use. While mine are more of a flesh color and for all practical purposes invisible from outside they are still dangerous to wear to listen to general things while driving.

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Anker-SoundBuds-Flow-Bluetooth-and-Water-Resistant-Ear-Buds/492756595 here's one I was talking about I liked it was Water Resistant because if you drop them especially in a truck stop you will want to wash them immediately before you want them back in your ear I have had slighter bigger profile and they get wet and they are cooked short of speak you get alot break ups in calls this smaller one fits me because I don't like a command center around my head I have better things be looking like a gamer with no life like be a trucker with no life anyways try them they say 1 year guarantee I think you can get more insurance but I opted out try them wipe them with like wet ones or dam cloth or glass cleaner.
