When i flip the windsheild wiper switch on my 02 FL112 the wipers will not turn off, i can slow down the speed or make them go faster, can also shoot wiper fluid. Only thing i cannot figure out how to do (recently bought the truck) is how to turn off the wipers... seems like the only way i can get them to turn off completely is to turn the truck itself off. Does this mean it has a bad switch? Or operator error?

YES , it toggles up and down...slower and faster. That seems to work. What was your fix? Also i dont know what the bottom toggle does "DELAY"... i'm happy to buy a new switch but i dont want to throw money at the problem unless i'm sure thats it.

just went out and tested again, there is no magic combination of the toggle switcheS that i can perform to make the delay turn off. I assume this means bad switch or wiring... but more likely switch or connection at switch?

ya i pushed it it, held it in, jiggled it in, repetitively punched it in lol. I give up on this stupid thing lol. I am not a fan of this setup. Will update thread once switch arrives and i install. (unless i'm magically not operating it somehow still)
