The issue started today when I was using the wiper/washer. They go up, but the stop half-way down; go all the way down then half way up; all the way up; all the way down; etc. (if that makes sense.) Turning the wipers off mid-wipe freezes them in place. This only happens on an intermittent setting, and the low and high settings are fine (knock on wood.) I have checked the linkage and the tightness of all bolts...all is ok from what I can see.
The truck is a 2011 T660 so it's under warranty, but I'm trying to avoid the dreaded stealership at all costs. I have a feeling that it is the motor...and with the holiday coming it up, it will be at least Monday before anything can happen regarding Kenworth.
Any other thoughts about what it might be?

Had this problem recently on a W900. Turned out to be the actual in dash switch. I tested everything and thought I had a trace on it and my boss said here...try this...I have a spare. I didn't think it would fix it and viola...it worked...lol. Has worked find ever since. If you have a friend with a similar truck or can find a known to work switch its worth a shot and only takes a few minutes. The switch has a wiper in it much like a speed control that can cause the intermient setting to go haywire. The low and high settings are not variable so there isn't nearly as much to go wrong. Less moving parts. Its funny how the majority of our convinences in life actually make things more complicated the further down the road we go. lol

It actually turned out to be the fuse. Had Kenworth check it out when I went in to get some campaigns done.
Thanks for the suggestions!Vampire Thanks this. -
Would a 2003 model have this wiper park fuse?
I have been having trouble with mine also. -
What is the 6 of your chassis #.
what are your symptoms? -
-
That Chassis does not have a wiper park fuse...
Make sure your wiper arm pivots are not seizing up by disconecting the linkage from the motor.
it is most likely the motor if the linkage is ok..
i can fire you off a diagram if you pm me your email address...daslme Thanks this.
