Hello, looking for anyone willing to share a business plan (document, presentation, file) they used before for a trucking company? I'm writing one for myself to keep myself accountable and make sure im checking all the boxes before I start spending my investment. I am a driver and looking to start an LLC with one driver partner and one investing member. We have 30k and want to get our own MC DOT in South Florida. Plan is to lease a truck until we get enough road time to get our own authority.. Trying to run lean and prayer is to pay us two drivers a salary $1200/week each and keep as much money in the company as possible until we get consistent enough to draw more..
A business plan would be sweet but any tips for starting out or advice would be helpful. Leasing companies, best load boards, thoughts on hiring a broker? Thanks
