So you haven’t had any issues getting hired at other places? Do you even have to say you were in an accident since it’s not on your mvr? That’s true man I’ll keep improving my skills, i really want to do regional or local before the end of the year but it’s probably gona be hard now if this accident goes on my mvr. Other than that my record is clean

If no one asks, you don’t have to mention it. Though I’ve had only 2 jobs since that crash...driving for a guy I know and, my current job...which is driving a truck I’ve financed on my own. Hell, I didn’t even waste my time applying at the big names since they use the DAC system. My DAC is still trashed to this day, as we speak. Lol. I have a wife and family to feed, so I have no time to wait 3 years to work.

You can call your state’s DMV office and they will tell you what’s on your MVR, or go to your local DMV and order a copy of your MVR.

No if they were going to cite you you would have already gotten one on the spot.
Black ice is a none preventable accident so it happens all the time you just happen to be one of the unfortunate ones. Take it as a lesson and experience. But, just remember now that you’re more cautious don’t be scared. Being scared is what causes these things. drivers feel a little loss of traction and slam their brakes.

I don't see where all this info is coming from, there are thousands of drivers that have had rollovers that continued working and get jobs every day. There may be some companies that will not hire one, but many others never think twice about it.
I was in a no fault accident in Texas, it went on my driving record, but just that I was involved in an accident, I did have to pay the state of Texas for an accident report that stated I was at no fault, but that was for insurance purposes.

If a report was filed and you hold a CDL, any altercation you may have, whether cited or not, will go on your Federal Record (PSP) and remain there for 10 years. Including any "warning" tickets. Makes no difference if your State doesn't show on your MVR, they still have to report it to the Feds.

    Times have changed on that.
Most have it listed in their hiring criteria now - no rollover accidents. Glad I never had one & hope I never do.

It will only appear on his PSP if there was an inspection. That isn't the same as a state accident report.
