What a shame. How many more good smaller chain truck stops are they going to ruin?

Well well well, word is finally coming around. Screenshot_2016-10-20-22-14-49.png
This has been in the works for quite a while, but not more than 3-5 years.

Speedway, owned by marathon petroleum, was a Midwest company till last year. Marathon petroleum bought Hess and wilco Hess gas stations and rebranded them Speedway. Speedway are now primarily branded up around me in PA.

Then this year, marathon petroleum (speedway) and pilot went and bought the rest of the wilco Hess that gas stations that remained. Pilot trucks have been supplying wilco with their diesel since 2014ish?

So while Pilot did buy WilcoHess, Marathon petroleum (speedway) is also a very major player in this deal too. Such a major player, they are partners with pilot. Marathon and pilot go back some 30-40 years.

So I take it the NASTC fuel card will be worthless in the south. Barely any TA's and now the speedco and Hess options will be out now that they are owned by pfj. That sucks.

If Pilot and Speedways are the same thing, then how come Nasty card works at Speedways?

Are they gonna keep Dunkin Donuts? Better yet are they gonna expand DD all over the US PFJ system?
