Any of y’all got any solid advice on wifi options? I usually play online with my PS5 and want to rig something up in my truck if I can. If I’m going to be prone to lag regardless, then I’d rather not wire anything up. Let me know with your suggestions!

It depends on your cellphone provider. Don't get the "almost everywhere" providers that have good connections in the 20 biggest cities, some connection along major interstate highways,,and no connection in any city that doesn't host the Super Bowl. Get a provider that uses Verizon or ATT. You don't have to buy your service from them, but use a MVNO that gets their service from Vzw or ATT. Visible uses Vzw and you can get an unlimited plan for $25/mo by sharing a family plan with strangers using a 4 for $100/mo plan. Visible will drop you into one of those groups and you don't have to know anyone in the group or pay money to anyone in the group, just pay Visible $25/mo and they will do the rest. US Mobile also use the big networks. The best info on this is over at Howard Forums. They are the experts in cell phones ans plans. You are going to have so much less time to play games than you've ever imagined. What time you will have will be split up into 25 minutes hear, 50 minutes there, and 9 hours where you have no connection.

I use Verizon with unlimited data. There are a few dark spots across the country, but not very many anymore.

Musk's up and coming Starlink is pretty exciting, also.

I would bring your PS5 along. If you breakdown somewhere, you'll have plenty of time to play with delays in getting parts and such.

Jetpack backed up by Verizon. Works real solid almost anywhere I’m at.

I don't see how a trucker would have time to worry about gaming, unless taking a 34 in the rig...
