I wasn't going to review them even though I knew I had made a mistake by the time I got through orientation, but since I've been looking for a good company, I realize reviews are soooo valuable.
Disclaimer: Some folks like Woodfield. My experience was awful.
Their trucks are turned down cascadias that can't climb out of their own smoke. Every driver assist and spy goodie freightliner offers. 3 minute idle shutdown even in gear. QCOMM Micromanages. You must put in a reason for going off duty to get it to accept. The hierarchy is a modern day plantation. Mr and Mrs are lovely and lofty. The office folks are the "house servants " who lord it over the shop workers and the drivers are lowly field hands. And God help you if you are a woman driver. Final straw, the shop foreman is a grumpy old buzzard who has the authority to fire any driver any time for any reason.
Awful.
Why Woodfield didn't work for me

Give clear examples of the problems you had.
I joined a company that has very strict rules and cameras everywhere.
But I knew and accepted that before putting in my application. My choice, my problem.
Tell all and let those applying to Woodfield decide if it's a good fit for them or not.MartinFromBC Thanks this. -
