Why won't my fan clutch clutch disengage?

I have a 1995 Mack CH613. My fan is running constantly. I have run electrical continuity tests, air tests, and replaced the fan clutch solenoid switch...fan still runs wide open. I removed the air line to the solenoid and replaced it several times and you can hear the fan clutch engage as soon as it gets air. Any ideas?

Just FYI this happens to mine at random intervals. I have narrowed it down to when the engine is cold and moisture seems to find its way into something. What that something is I am not sure, I am assuming it is the clutch. It normally takes 350 to 800 miles to shut off. The last time it happened I got flustered and changed the fan switch and then the clutch. After replacing the clutch it there was no issues. Just something to take into consideration.

Reversed the air lines with no change.

Get you about a 5 inch piece of wire. Unplug the connector from the high pressure switch and put your wire in one side of the connector and the other end of the wire in the other side.
