Take a number, they don't hire often or anybody.

 

I applied less than 2 weeks ago, got a start date already.
But then, i have been driving since 2003 have a clean MVR and a good solid job record.
Im sure they can be picky who they hire, they pay a little less than than some other carriers but then again they can cause they do put you up in a nice house
if you want to make $100 more a week you can prob do that with another company.. but since the drivers i know there get 3000+ a week ill be ok and i personally want to have a nice ride since im in it 24/7

Western also pays practical the last I heard, so add 10% to the miles a bottom feeder pays. I would drive for them OTR, but I like home time.
