Always have to pick up everything off the floor of the Freightshaker after running CA-99.
ChaoSS Thanks this. -
California especially with these heavy showers after years of drought. The 99 looks like it's been barraged with artillery fire lol.
cnsper Thanks this. -
Utah
Nevada for the west coast has good roads -
Florida... hands down the best roads.
Michigan... I-94 is starting to resemble an old goat trail from the 1700's.thejackal, Bob Dobalina, pigeon river trucking and 8 others Thank this. -
I40 in Arizona sux
Florida has the best -
California. Arkansas.
However.
Did some running on bare land, as in dirt, mud etc when NE states were replacing entire highways. Crossed bridges being built on the lower support beams which happened to be just as wide as the steers.
Essentially any place with old concrete highways made in 1965 and earlier. Our freeway US 67 was paved in 62. It's being rebuilt sections at a time. -
best:TX, WI, IA, FL, IL, MO, OH -- midwest in general, but also UT is neat.
Worst: CA LA area I5 ca210, - 3rd world must have better roads.
AZ - I40 kingman - flagstaff - beyond any criticism - complete joke, those who built it should be investigated.Starboyjim Thanks this. -
Maine 16.
I know..... None of you know.
Suffice it to say: Speed limit is 50 at certain points - but you can taste your ###-hole at the back of your throat when the air-ride bottoms out doing 25.
Edit: 71 thru Cincinnati is like driving on a glass gilded plate - to compare.Last edited: Mar 3, 2017
