Swift pays same rate for mt and loaded to company drivers. O/O get banded pay loaded and $ .81 mile empty.
-
Think all of them pay for loaded and empty miles. Some pay less for deadhead miles though.

I doubt you'll find one that pays for all miles driven? Lot of drivers use their truck for a taxi, so it wouldn't be too long before the companies would go in the red by paying all miles. Most pay pc miler short miles, household mover miles or some kind of factoring miles. I have seen a couple who said they pay pcmiler practical but when you get your check, you find that's not exactly the case. There may be a very few who do, but you will probably get old hunting them.

GSF pays by the hub, or used to , same pay loaded or not , ( Certain rates for number of miles 0 -to 200 was 1 rate , then 201 to 350 was another rate , then 351 + was still another ) then they pay by the stop , and by the piece....they used to pay by the hour (anything over 8 a day was OT) , and then went to what they called component pay.....liked it much better than hourly.

yep that's the way to do it, .90 plus fuel surcharge. and that will be for AUTHORIZED deadhead. just get with a good percentage lease

I get paid hub miles. It sucked 2 weeks ago when my instrument panel was messing up and losing power. I just did a guesstimate and the company was cool with that.
