As you may know Interstate works with Bates Tech College and is really a great place to start a career. I have a distant relative who has been there for many many years and he loves it. Also you have Gordon trucking too. In Oregon you have Market Transport and of course the big bad company ,Swift. Hope this helps a little bit.

    My bet would be Interstate.

Check out Gordon Trucking in Pacific wa. I have done ALOT of research and have also talked to a few gordon drivers and have yet to find anyone who has anything bad to say about them...

I have to politely and in a freindly tone disagree with an endorsement of Interstate! ;-) A buddy of mine worked for them. While I heard many good things, the bad things I heard from him about them became more and more numerous. But a concrete reason NOT to go for Interstate? They use auto-shift trucks. I'm NOT NOT razzin em, but the fact is they'll make you less employable with other carriers. Especially if you don't have experience to draw on before; driving an auto is a bad idea.
