Hey,
Trying to understand where to store a tractor trailer during days off. I'm new to the industry and trying to understand what to do. Seems like the city and my neighbors aren't fond of a truck nearby.
Thanks!
Where to park tractor trailers during days off?

Paid for parking space. Mechanic shop may rent space. Storage units or other transport companies.
Diesel Dave Thanks this. -
was driving by one day and noticed they had a large parking lot and stopped in and introduced myself and asked if I could park there a couple days a week when I was home and had a trailer with me.
I mostly hauled refrigerated containers from the port with perishable fruit in them so most of the time I was home I was bobtail , which my neighbors , if they cared, never complained about being parked in front of my house , but I lived in a blue collar neighborhood full of steelworkers and shipbuilders and plumbers etc . -
Park it in the local police department parking lot. They will watch it for you.

Some advertise truck parking, it's just a empty lot. There's also RV storage that has shore power plugs and all that. You could park in a truck stop but you'll be using a spot another driver might need
