We are currently doing amazon contracts. The pay has gone down significantly, and the fuel surcharge is not keeping up with diesel price increases. Because of this we are looking elsewhere. We want to avoid having to building runs together using load boards.
Is there a centralized place to find contract work? Or is there another go to large company that offers contracts?
Thanks

Make sales efforts. You can't seriously expect your competitors to give you their work.

During last two years Amazon built a very large network of fleets doing strictly Amazon loads and nothing else. A lot of them will try to move to the spot general freight market now.

Out of the northeast, have to look everywhere. Closest I got was a place in Linden, NJ and Trenton, NJ shipping Wayfair related items to an Atlas branch in Detroit, MI. Lasted close to 6 months running 1 a week and then getting some Atlas work in return.
Right now not many places are not hard up for trucks. Best advice is start within your area and go from there.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.
