It really is amazing what they are doing with flashlights anymore. FWIW, I think that a lamp that has head gear, or fits on a BB cap would be one heck of a good think for a driver to have with them!

Can't remember where to get them but a friend of mine had a baseball cap with LED's all around the bill. Was pretty cool.

I picked up a "head lamp" in the sporting goods of Walmart, several years ago. Either there, or Big 5, not sure which one now. But they sure are handy when you really need to use both hands, and don't have a helper to hold the light!

ChiCraftsman used to (maybe still does) sell one and i had one and it worked great-----for a while. But being ChiCraftsman, it stopped working after a few weeks. :(

If you remember The Kel Lite, do you remember the Bianchi B Lite?
I just had this custom made by a machine shop in California...[IMG] [IMG]

@rabbiporkchop, I don't remember seeing one of those. Wasn't Bianchi big in leather gear?

They still are, although back in the seventies and eighties they dabbled in flashlights for a bit.

I use a streamlight. It is a combat light which does very well for truck work. And to back that up is a lantern made of LED carefully selected to take 12 volt off the truck if necessary.

I find myself using my phone as a flashlight nowadays. It does a pretty good job in my opinion. I don't know how many flashlights that I lost in the past.
