    Too many liabilities for a driver versus reward. I don’t see that changing until they finally get the automated trucks 30 or 40 years from now.

    For some. Not for me. I like my current pay by mile and accessory pay. What I was referring to is more about the liabilities such as poor work life balance, health risks of driving long hours and unhealthy food, physical risk, financial and legal risk of making errors, etc. It’s hard for money to overcome those factors. I think money will reduce high turnover, but never eliminate it. I love driving a truck and make excellent money, but am looking to get out this year.
