I have been searching for an honest, straight forward lawyer to help me with my DAC report and there doesn't seem to be any out there that don't rip you off. I would really appreciate a reference. I'm in Wisconsin.
Where do you find a good lawyer that deals with DAC reports and tickets?

try some of these truckers websites for lawyers, that are trucking related..whether they can help you with a DAC or not, you'll have to inquire.

and tell you what too, if you were a member of the OOIDA they have lawyers that have a column in the magazine, and they could give you "some advice", but you need to be a member. at least anytime i ask them for information, i give them my OOIDA number, that's when they get back to me. -

You should try a local lawyer because I noticed alot of these big lawyer outfits that charge a huge fee when you can find a lawyer thats cheaper! Good Luck

There is a Wall Street Journal reporter who is doing an investigation on Hireright. If you have a true story about Hireright and have personal information, not just hearsay, contact her. Her screen name here is LorettaC. So flag her. Her email is loretta.chao@wsj.com Do not bug her unless you have something true because she is a professional and not a gossip columnist.
