Most Lowe's stores are truck friendly where parking is concerned. Pick a store in Pittsburgh, then drive in and get permission from the manager to park there.

Parking in Pittsburgh? Good luck. I've been lucky to get a 10 at customers a couple of times. There's a recycling place I had to deliver to, right next to a Speedway. You may get lucky there....it holds about 4 trucks. I want to say it's exit 58 off 79. Then I had taken a 10 picking up a load in Blawnox, it's very little room to manuever there.

You’re probably SOL trying to make it to The Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh There’s a small truck stop off the Eighty Four, PA exit on 70 not far from The Meadows casino in The Washington but I’m not sure if uber is an option. The TA in Dallas, WV is next to a gentleman’s club if that’s your thing.

North Side ( mexican war streets ) plenty of parking on California and Federal Street. It's a walk but doable too walk downtown. Park near the big Post office or Pittsburgh Police zone 4?
( North shore )
Also on the side streets off beaver avenue ( Mack of pittsburgh ) is the center of it. a few minute walk to the casino and the ball fields or science center or stage ae,. UPS and the Taxi company down there. All commercial sites
I wouldn't advise parking anywhere for a few hours unattended. It's a relatively safe city, but crap happens.
