You also asked about CSA. Its not called that for drivers, but I know what you mean. Question, have you had any state officer to issue you a FEDERAL inspection form in the last three years? If so were there violations of any kind on it? If the answer to those questions is no then you have really nothing on the report and your score is zero. If you have a good safety department they can tell you what your score is.

Everyone should get a copy of their DAC report. It's unreal the amount of information that is in that thing.

you can either pay for it, or what i do is get a free copy under the FOIA (freedom of information act), but it can be VERY time consuming to do so. and you will have to wait for them to get back to you, with yet another form to fill out an MAIL to them.
so if you are in a hurry, pay online. then make copies.

How long did/does it take you guys to receive your hireright/DAC report?
