    Bear in mind most states require a certain size strobe light. Usually around 6 inches and larger.

    I think he is talking about the foxfire lights. Some places require them for night moves. You don't flash them, you put them in the widest parts of the load, reds in the back, ambers on the fronts. I believe foxfire sells them like that in a 4 piece set. Or they did.
