Hd, having worked the oil/gas fields in Pa, WV, Oh, as well as W. Texas, I can't really recommend a company. I've seen small and large companies in most of the fore mentioned areas and they all experience numerous slowdowns and work stoppages. Along with so called "Company Men" forming alliances with contractors, secured by how much is passed under the table out of sight, it seemed to be the norm of crazy busy one week to no work the next. It's truly a shame that this segment of the industry is just as corrupt as all the rest of the transportation industry. It all adds up to the old adage, It's not who you meet and eat, it's who you know and blow". Sorry to be so blunt, but it is what it is. I got out of that line of trucking. Best of luck to you!

Sunoco is hiring crude drivers aggressively, especially here at the San Angelo yard. Sunocologistics.com

I know what Sunoco's pitch is, but do you know if the pay really averages out to what they claim (65k for new drivers). And does anyone know how Sunoco pays the relocation bonus and what the base hourly "generous" pay is?
