Whats a day like working for xpo? Are they primarily p&d? Do they use single axle or tandem axle trucks that are day cab or sleeper? What are the trailer types? Tandem or pup? Doubles and triples? What's it like to drive for xpo?

I just did my interview today (that is why I am looking for info) and my road test and offer. Of the few places I have communicated with over the phone they seem to be the most accommodating. The trainer really put me at ease and I enjoyed the road test. The information you provided matches what I was given today by the Manager.

what kind of eld devices does xpo use? what's pay model for linehaul?

The mileage pay scale has slight variations depending on the class of service center you are domiciled in. My barn is a relatively small operation and our top mileage pay is between .67 and .69 cpm depending on whether you pull doubles, triples ect.
Larger hubs pay slightly more hourly and cpm, though I'm not certain what the going pay scale is for others...
