hey guys/girls just curious the Walmart in my area is having a pre black Friday sale and they have a Garmin nuvi 50LM on sale I was wondering if that is a good gps unit for a new driver to start out with

If it doesn't say or if you have to ask then it's not a truck GPS.
Just like smart phones, there's iPhone and Samsung and then everything else. In the truck GPS world there is Garmin DEZL 560 or 760 and Rand McNally 520 or 720 and then everything else. Get one of these (Garmin or RM) and don't forget that your truck has windows or how to use an atlas.Skydivedavec and GITRDUN45 Thank this.
