use the plastic spacer they put between aluminum and steel rims, or smear anti-seize on the contact surface before installing. this has worked well for me.
-
Have you tried a sledge hammer and beating them? Spraying a lubricant on the hubs so they slide or in between? Putting a rope or chain between the hand hole and gently pulling?

Anti seize works great. Had the same problem with my wheels.

A gallon of gasoline and a match.... works every time..

I wish the truck manufactures would use anti seize when they put the trucks together. Sure would make life easier owning an older truck.

I normally use a BFH

I put on 4 lug nuts pretty loose set the truck down and pull it forward and back they will come loose
