Shocked today to hear from the OEM, who says I can choose from 5 different tire sizes to put on my bus without changing the rims. What are the differences between 315/80R22.5, 305/75R22.5, 295/80R22.5, 12.75R22.5, and 12R22.5?
My tire dealer says 12R22.5 is cheapest, but was as confused as myself that we're able to put any of these 5 on the same rims.
What tire size?

295/75R22.5 is the most common tire out there on the road.
Pretty much all mega carriers run low pro 22.5. -

You don't mismatch tires on same wheel.
If you stuck the low pro on your bus you are going to be LOW.
Whatever your bus requires is what you put on there. Anything else is BS. -

Out of those five sizes, I would pick the most popular. Just like a semi truck, a name brand for the steers would be the way to go.

What gear ratio are you running, would be the difference between whether you wan 12R or low pro.

Now 12R22.5's are not going to be easily found just anywhere either, but are the same height as 11 R 24.5 which are common, if it would be feasible to change wheels. -
