Thank you, Rig Wrench. I like the double hump fenders myself and thought about doing that on my parking lot but I did a Photoshop of the difference and with the rack over the fenders...it didn't really give me what I wanted. I still got some work to do on my fenders to get it where I want it but a guy's gotta get it while it's there, right? :)

Appreciate the flowers on the truck. Winter and time has taken it's toll on the Petey Cruiser but I'm going to get off my duff and do a little sprucing up when warmer temps prevail. I said that last year but...

I have been partial to www.minimizer.com for poly fenders. They have the best variety of styles and finishes. Price is across the board depending on what version and finish you have. Watch the video they have on them. They abuse these things pretty good in that video.

Put plain black, full Minimizer set on a new truck; not on road yet, so not sure how they'll work. Not the most attractive but metal fenders do suffer from stones thrown from the tires, don't they? Minimizer has some options on finish (chrome-look and paintable) that you may want to look at, albeit pricier and finish may not be as durable.

I just put these on my truck a couple months ago, so far no complaints. I bought the fenders for $700 and the mounting brackets for $150, had some old stainless qaurter fender mounting tubes and then bought stainless U bolts. I like them cause they keep debris from hitting the back of the bunk as well as keep the truck and trailer cleaner.

If you like the single hump style poly fenders go to vanderhaags.com, they sell fleetline brand poly fenders for $80 a fender but I don't know about the qaulity of the fender as I've never really seen many of them.

I just bought some gangster fenders for my 05 peterbilt 379 and I'm pulling a moving trailer and I only have about 1" clearance from the bottom of the trailer to the top of the fenders ...anybody know how I can get some more clearance????
