I have a semi truck (International 9900) with Cummins ISX 15 liter diesel engine.

I am installing a Webasto diesel-fired coolant heater in it and was wondering what coolant ports I should plug into.

just an educated guess, but I expect you would want it inline where the hot coolant enters the heater core. I feel like you should have already found the webasto installation manual online. Like this one : https://techwebasto.com/phocadownload/documentation/archive/blueheat/generic/5000778b.pdf
