What %percentage% for pto pump

I'm building a little 02 international 4300 dump truck with a dt466e and a FS5406N transmission. It will be under CDL but on some occasions it will be way overloaded but that's just moving materials on our land fixing our own roads. What I do know is the input gear #, air shift, driver (left) side mount and that it's a 6 bolt mount. Its a direct mounted 13 spline 4 bolt newstar or new star pump .1026 S-E108
2625-031412-026 are the #'s on the pump. It will be running a 10ft dump bed with a scissor lift under it. With everything I have said what is the most favored torque percentage for the pto box? Any help on this would be great.
