reminds me of the story about a driver who wrote on his vehicle condition report, "dead bugs on windshield"
the mechanic signed off on it saying, "live bugs on back order"
What is your experience with rain-x bug removal washer fluid?

Sometimes I have cleaned my windshield at my farms while loading. The guys in the shop did me the not so nice favor of coating the rubber hood rests with grease. I got it on my cloths and hands one day.... I was not thrilled with them. -
5 years ago drivers here were swearing by the use of baby wipes as the best thing. My how times change.

I spend my life running little oil roads and gravel in bug country. Best solution I have found is a little bit of Simple Green in a gallon of water, and a telescoping car/truckwash brush.
A fast scrub from the ground, followed by the windshield washer to get rid of the liquid film of Simple Green and bug guts. It will even get rid of mayfly slime.Slowmover1 Thanks this.
