I have a balance of 4 under the heading of "drink club" in my Pilot rewards account. Does that mean I have 4 drink refills at Pilot/Flying J?

That's why I fuel at Love's. Pilot/Flying J and TA should realize they are losing money by not offering free refills with fuel.

The flying hook used to give a courtesy cup but not since the merger.

There is at least one J that gives free coffee at the fuel desk, but as coffee goes, it isn't worth that price. It takes lots of creamer to get that sort of drinkable, but I bet it would make a good polishing compound for aluminum.

They(PFJ) have been adjusting things, the points don't expire, and can be somewhat easily transferred if you happen to lose the card. You only need the card information from a fuel receipt, other purchase, or statement. Loves has a registered card now, too.

My company only lets us fuel at Love's unless we are in no mans land. I've been on perpetual diamond status since the bonus points program started. I make good use of the unlimited drink refills with my "Road Warrior" jug, lol!

IMO, Love's has the best driver rewards program, followed by Pilot J and then PetrA.

So far I've only had to call in once to deal with a lost Love's card. It's easier if you have the old number, from one of the keychain cards. I didn't but it didn't matter they were able to pull up my previous account. Only takes a few minutes with the operator to transfer your info to the new card once it's registered.

I fuel at Loves every time I can. I usually plan my fuel stops, scale tickets, repairs everything at loves when I can. We do not run a LOT but I stay in Platinum status. I get free fountain refills every time I stop whether for scale or fuel. Its always free. Plus I get three times the points on every purchase.
