I think the highest paying team outfit is UPS Freight and UPS Truckload. Just the solo drivers there make $ .7042 cpm. They hire right off the street and you must apply online.

What are other good team driving companies that will pair me up with someone from my hometown?

    Where are you in California?
TWT Refrigerated Service pays teams $ .60 cpm split.
Quest Global is teams, but sometimes they want you to bring your own team mate. You can ask though. Most of their runs are about 2300 miles.
    Holland Enterprises
    Tribe Transport
    Old Dominion Freight Lines
    Estes Express
Abilene Motor Express - trucks run 72 mph. Tell them you want teams.
Titan Transfer - trucks run 70 mph.
I think all the above hire in Las Vegas and CA. Yes, Las Vegas; no state income taxes and no food taxes.

I'm from Sacramento California saving up to move to Vegas or whatever. Basically I'm not in an established team just a temporary one

I'm a team driver and I've researched them all.
    Old Dominion tops at .73
Estes Express in .70's topped out

I work at Estes because they want teams to run 5 days out, 2 days off...where OD teams work a 6-2 schedule.

But oilfield isn't consistent ...a lot of up and down cycles...depending on the price of oil

R and L carriers pay 70cpm. Wife and I have a 500 mile turn and make 360 a day each. Off 2 full days and get home 4 hrs every day.
