What is a good 401k match for truckers?

Trying to plan on retirement early and what are the best 401k matches you have seen amongst trucking companies? My current one is 100% of the first 3% and 50% of 1% or something like that. Is that considered good? I like the idea of no taxes until i retire more money more compounding. However at the end say i have 1.4 million in 37 years. Will i pay my current tax rate of 24% or will i be higher in the 30s% or whatever the rich pay. If so would a roth 401k maybe be better? That way i just pay taxes on it every year at 24%. My income wont increase ill just be making like 60k to 80k a year. For 30 year plus years. I plan on contributing like 122 dollars a week as well at between 400 and 500 into my own personal investment account which involves HiGH risk lol get it?? High yeah weed made me 10k today super risky but thank you tilray if your in the weed market get the hell out! That stuff is a bubble? I think everyone is so stoned they dont see it
