I got an offer from Werner Enterprises to go on their Coca-Cola account out of Macungie, PA. They operate baby bunk sleepers. What does this mean. I'm 6'4' so I assume it's gonna be tight. I like that it is close to my home.
What is a baby bunk sleeper?

Baby Bunk sleepers are small sleepers- 36-48 inch,,,You should feel honored they are offering a "cool" ride to you.
Set you apart from the typical Monster,Clumsy looking spaceship bunks you see everyday up n down the interstate... -
a board to lay across the seats
don't forget your pillowRedRover, bzinger, David_Simpson and 2 others Thank this. -
Standard sleeper size will have a cabinet behind the seat and a bunk. The cabinets are removed in the smaller one so the bunk is right behind the seat. The bunk is long enough you shouldn't have a problem being tall.

Baby
Regular
There is also a mid-roof sleeper.
Prime and US Xpress use these as well. Not sure what manufacturer Werner is offering, Prime mini sleepers are Freightliner and Internationals, US Xpress uses International for their small sleeper trucks for the most part.mattschwartz01 Thanks this. -
To the OP, I would assume that the bunk will be just as wide as any other, just shorter from the seats to the back wall. May not have much, if any, storage. I used to run a Freightliner Classic with nothing but a flat top bunk behind the seats. No cabinets. Get ready to do the duffle bag shuffle, and if it doesn't have wrap-around curtains, you can buy some windshield shades and cut them to fit your windows to give you more room/privacy.peterd Thanks this. -

Wow that's tight!!! I think I'd go stark raving mad if I had to sit for longer than 10 hours in that. Maybe I won't accept that offer after all. In another post, I mentioned that I got an orientation with Swift. Sure, it's over the road instead of regional but I think I'd be claustrophobic in that small sleeper.

My 1st truck was a 42" flat top FLD. You could open the bunk from the drivers seat without losing sight of the road. The mini storage area behind my seat was just wide enough to fit a briefcase. These MIGHT have more room than that, but not much. I never had the joy of using a coffin sleeper.
