I'd like to know what frequency most Canadian drivers use. I know it's channel 19 on the CB for USA but I'm not sure about Canada, 1? 2?

And what does that mean? What are vhf frequencies? As in, what channel on the CB is it?

CB is in the 11 Meter band in the 28 MHZ range or HF (High Frequency) VHF (Very High Frequency) Would probably be the 2 Meter Band 144 to 148 MHZ. I doubt that Canadian truckers use the two meter band there, They use CB as well, just not 19.

I KNOW they don't use 19. That's why I'm asking what channel do most Canadians use?

CB is in the 26-27 mhz band. 28mhz is in the 10m amateur radio band in the US and Canada.

Also some truckers may hang out on 14.275 but most hang on 14.302.5 mhz. There is no real set frequency on 40m. A lot of us hang out on the ECARS net . Google it for the frequency
