    As far as what it cost, Progressive quoted me roughly $300 a year extra on top of my existing premium. However, I don't haul other companies trailers, so I don't need it.

    When runnin Sandbox, our interchange cert ran us...$300? For the year. We opted for another more costly option ($800/yr) that gave us additional insurance on the truck, but sandbox refused it and only ok'ed the interchange cert.
