    No good info so far.

As a company driver (with a trainer or not) the pay period runs from Thursday at 0001 to Wednesday at 2400.
You get paid the following Tuesday.

    Once solo:
If you are on accelerated pay you get paid for every load completed within that time on the next check.
If you are not, you get paid for every load scanned in before Wednesday at midnight on the next check.

    Jay0826 Thanks this.

    Yes.

Well, except for when you get vacation pay. Then you get an extra paycheck within that week.
Mine happens to be this week on the 6th.

    Jay0826 Thanks this.

It looks like I'm probably going to have to see if I can get rescheduled for orientation next monday on the 16th. I live in Western md in the mountains and the roads are already covered and slick and it's only 10am. I was planning on leaving for Harrisburg ( I'm driving my own vehicle, not taking a bus ) at around 2pm or so, and by that time it's supposed to be all sleet/ice towards the east, which is conveniently the direction I have to go. I'll have to call my recruiter after while and leave her a message as I assume she's not working today as it's Sunday

Scan using trans- flo. At Loves, Pilot/ Flying J, and some others. At all terminals and most on-site dedicated offices.

Ok one more ? Who do they use to cover the insurance. I'm asking cause they took over at Central so
I would like to know the changes that are coming. They have already told use that we will not be using the TCH card for fueling anymore.

You can save your money an not buy a CB radio its a worthless investment... Haven't had one in 6 years not gonna have one either... Unless you like hearing a bunch of racism, radio Rambo's ,and uneducated people whine... Almost all shippers and receiver's will call you cell phone, which is better so you can take a nap... Good luck tomorrow, lots of snow starting to fall around the country your gonna be learning at a good time get that experience in the snow man!!!

    1. Company payday is Tuesday. Start on the 11th, and you'll get paid for that day on the 24th.

    2. Inverters (of any size) are NOT allowed in company trucks. Not even the ones that plug into the lighter socket. (That rule is followed about as well as the "no talking on the phone while driving, even with a headset" rule.)

    3. Trip sheets/BOLs/receipts are submitted through TransFlo Express. You can also submit via fax. One guy I met scans his things in his truck, then emails the scans to a fax-by-email service.
