The 5 dollar a month quickbooks. It's the simplest. Add your income and expenses it estimates your quarterly taxes also.

The self employed one is. They don't advertise that one much, I ran across it by mistake.

Hi, as a Certified Public Accountant, we have found that the self employed module with Quickbooks is good to start with but please be mindful of its limitations. Pros - receipt capture and attach copy of receipts to banking transactions, mileage tracking, stops co-mingling of personal vs. business expenses if used properly and consistently and estimated of quarterly taxes that all should be calculating for IRS purposes if applicable. Limitations - not an accounting software, limited financial reports and No State tax support. Hope that is helpful, any other questions, you can contact me directly.

If you can find a CPA to do this for you it would be best. While accounting software works and can track expenses, how do you know you are accounting for everything properly? How do you know you are maximizing deductions? Quickbooks can be confusing. I would suggest just using something as simple as Excel or even pen and paper, which they call the old farmer's method if you are not familiar with technology.
