    Hey, Can someone who works for Western or understands the pay break down explain what Minimum ner pay is or how they get that number. It's supposed to be $800 automatically if you do 5 loads or so they say so if I did over 5 loads wouldn't it be more?

    Minimum NER is your cpm rate. That does not go up until you hit 1800 miles. They gave you the correct pay for 5 loads. You won’t make more then the 800 unless you go over 1800 miles. At 1800 they give you the 800$ and everything is .50 cpm after that.

    Yep...that's correct I just quit if you can find a different company do it....
