Is the Target dedicated account a drop and hook or do you have to unload the trailer? And what is the home time for this type of run? I live in Huntsville, AL.

I am on the target account up in WI right now full time. It is 100% drp n hk at the stores. We do get bk hauls and some of them are prld and some of them are lvld, just depends on the vendor. As far as ht goes well 4 me I only live about 45 mins from the dc and if I do get done early I can go home if I want to. But more likely than not all u would b getting off is time 4 ur 34 hr reset. Other than that it is pretty easy runs up here. we cover pretty much the eastern half of WI, and the burbs of the windy city. I will say this if u are with Werner right now and are willing to relocate to WI they are in need of a few permenant drivers. We had a few quite is the last couple of weeks. hope all of this helps -
Finishing school in 9 days, thinking about going with Werner, i live close to the Target DC in Madison,Al. How long would it be before i could get on the Target Dedicate account or should i ask my recriuter for info. Thanks!

I know Swift runs Target out of Columbus Ohio and Hogan runs Target out of their Chambersburg Pa DC.

probably after a year. -
Swift and Schneider are the two carriers out of Chambersburg for the Target dedicated account. They are both hiring for that account.

Ruan and Dart are the two most used carriers for the Cedar Falls, IA. Target D.C. (Ruan is the "in-house" carrier and shag service)---otherwise Schneider has quite a few drop & hooks on the dry side, and Stevens and TransAm have quite a few drop & hooks on the refrigerated side.
