So my wife just got her CDL and I'll be attending Sage trucking school soon. We inquired about Team driving for OD, R&L, Estes and they wont hire new teams. We need a 1year experience to drive for these companies. Werner offered us a position... 5k bonus, .47cpm to start, told we would average 5000 to 6000 miles a week. Out 11days and home for 3days.. we could also train together, we would go out each day in separate trucks and be home at night. Any thoughts?
Can you guys recommend any other companies for new team drivers that are pet Friendly.
Thanks.
Werner for new Team

Just noticed Celadon website now has .50 cpm split. It's been .60 cpm in the past. Maybe that's an error, I don't know.
TEAMS EARN $.50 PER MILE!
Celadon continues to put its drivers first with a new team pay package that gets more teams to the highest pay tier than ever before! Our top teams are taking home $3,000 each week (split) with lengths of haul that average 1,400 miles/run.
Also, with the $8,000 of paid vacation you split, each driver earns 1 week off every 60k team miles. So you can take some paid time off from running all those miles or take the money and keep running, you get paid either way!
Apply today and your team can also split our new $16,000 first-year team bonus. New Celadon teams split $4,000 every 50k team miles until they get their $16,000.
With $24,000 in extra income your first year, long lengths of haul and plenty of miles to keep you rolling, it’s easy to see why driving team with Celadon is a great career choice!
See if you meet our hiring requirements and join the Celadon family todayNavigatorWife and FlaSwampRat Thank this. -

We see the pay per mile, now who seems to have the steadiest freight base? That's really what matters most. If a company is offering y'all 6000 miles, that's the biggest thing. You can make a living at any of those companies, Werner included....I saw SRT, but my question is would the pay be different if you also applied to Covenant Transport since they're basically the same company? I talked to both years back and they push teams hard
