I have received two offers to drive regionally. One from Schneider and the other from Wal-Mart ( not yet official offer, still need to pass pre trip and road test.)
Both companies seem great and I would like to finish my career with whichever one I choose.
Any pros and cons between the two?
Both offering weekley home time
Wal-Mart seems a little higher pay bc they pay for sleeper time.
But I like all the different options Schneider has as far as home time
Any advice?
Walmart transportation or schneider national?

If you can get in with Walmart, actually walmart and not an outside carrier dedicated account, then hands down go with Walmart.Slip seating takes a back seat to all the benefits Walmart will offer.
crb, Longarm and Tonythetruckerdude Thank this. -

Walmart, but realize they will give you a pre-hire anal exam like you've never had before. And they don't tolerate any screw-ups, of any degree.

Some of those WalMart stores can be tight alley docks. (Saint Paul Minnesota) depends on what you like. Schneider has different things to offer if you get tired of the same things.
-
Wal-Mart you have to remove stickers and watch unloading.
