What makes you think they care.. They know what goes on in these DCs... They will just find other carriers that will deal with the ######## of walmart..

Should know the persons name and the DC# at least. They may not care, but they will listen before they hang up and chuck the notes in the trash.

 

If they cared, then it would not be such a widespread problem. Unfortunately, they are our customers (or our companies customers) and we can't just say bugger off.

 

They do listen to complaints about store employees being rude to truckers. SO I have heard from other company receivers (at other Walmarts)

 

Who cares WM already got your comcheck to unload the trailer. It's great keeping prices LOW.... /sarcastic.

Clerks are a pretty low form of life in WM, they are however Gods on those docks. Ive done both vendor delivery into WM and also temped worked those docks inside the DC as well. I lasted 4 hours. Unloaded 12 trailers and 8 more were reloaded with parts of the 12. NUTS.

That was also the last time I cracked a stiff drink from the bottle. Good scotch too that night. Nothing else would have worked. What a place...

You can complain until blue int he face. But it's better to find a company that does not do WM accounts at all. They want to do the private fleet thing and do all the trucking themselves with WM drivers. (Poor princesses....)

What is really bad was the local pharmacy in WM in my area. The stupid Pharmacists insisted on broadcasting the name of the narcotic in pill form I am purchasing to the 40 or so people whose eyes all swiveled to lock and evaluate me as a target. (As a concealed carry, that's not acceptable... (56 rounds, 40 people.... I might take about 10 before Im buried... I changed back to my old pharmacy that is very discreet. WM lost about a thousand dollars a month in medicine income)

I can rant on.. but the very best WM experiences I have ever is those with companies drop trailer, hook empty trailer and gone in 10 minutes flat. Inside say the Waco WM Distribution. Love it.

You should have PM'ed me on this outburst instead of showing the world how stupid your post looks when people are trying to be helped or give help.

If you don't have anything to contribute at all, SHUT UP. know what I mean? That ignore box makes sure that you will look much better without those silly childish worn out outbursts. I say get in line behind like 500 others who thought the same you did... it does not bother me a bit.

Apologies to OP. I am I am, no one is me and can be me. One of these days Im gone on and that's that. But until then I try to help a little bit in my clumsy way.
