Have a 2005 Kenworth W900L with the AG380 (flex) suspension. 260 wheelbase running 11r22.5 up front and 295 75R 22.5 in rear. All new shocks all the way around including sleeper. Brand new king pins, and tie rods. All new bags on suspension. Brand new leveling valves on sleeper and rear. 8.5 in between rear rear and frame.
Always had a really rough ride since I got it about a year and a half ago. Been trying to change things little by little but nothing has really made any difference. Its rough all the way around.. up front and rear. Next thing I'm changing is cab mounts as they are pretty bad.
Anyone have any clue what could be going on? Any help is really appreciated

What brand shocks u put on? I used the cheap ones from truckpro this last time and it rode good for bout 2 months then slowly back to crap. Gonna try a more pricey brand shortly to see if it will improve. Only other thing i may think mine might be is the spring bushings are about shot. Just havent had the time to tackle all 12 of those yet. I have the same setup as you just fyi.

Correction, i have same suspension, but low pros all the way around. Two years ive had new kingpins, shocks twice, new airbags, leveling valves. Shocks made the only difference i could tell.

Tie rods, king pins and shocks arent going to change the rough ride. neither are airbags. Was that way when you bought it. Its the nature of the truck and setup that you bought. Nothing else that you throw at it is going to be a magical solution. There is no special expensive shock absorber that will make difference between night and day. What was the last truck and suspension you had if you dont mind me asking. And excuse the straight foreward nature of me. its just how i am
