Volvo PTO won't engage

We just bought a 2015 Volvo VNL 730 and had a new hydraulic wet kit and PTO installed and are unable to engage the PTO. We just hooked up to our tailer for first time and when we engage the PTO button nothing happens, light doesn't come on either.
This is our first Volvo. We previously operated an 06 International with Ultra Shift and thought this one would be similar but apparently not.
Anyone out there operating this setup that could give us some insight? Would sure appreciate any help. Been off work for three weeks while waiting for this new setup to be completed and really really need to get back to work!

No we weren't able to go over it with the installer, reason why is long story. But yes we'll have to call them Monday morning. I just hoped maybe someone out there was running similar setup and could give us insight.

Yes it is. We've discovered that when the truck was brought to Volvo to set parameters and set up the communication end of the installation, they failed to put fuse and relay in and the system was never actually enabled. Lack of communication between the shop that did the manual installation and Volvo. At Volvo now having that done and hope that solves the mystery. We'll know soon I hope.
