Volvo d13 2013 truck will not go over 45mph? Egr stuck open?

Yeah the truck did good for one week then asked to do a parked regen and soon as the regen was over the truck started to do the same thing I’m really just thinking about doing the delete and be done with it I have a code spn 5394 fmi 17.... and spn 94 fmi 18 code on now smh

 

Yeah I did that and nothing just keep getting a “check fuel filter” mgs just took it back to volvo they say the egr could be clogged again When driving to volvo today it wouldn’t get over 45 when I got off the gas and back on it it ran like bad i had bad gas and then got to 80mph no problem

 

I didn’t I just got the truck in September spent the whole last month tryna figure out this bs problem

 

Do anybody know what a bad vgt actuator symptoms are volvo saying that could be the problem now which they diagnosed the last time I took it to the shop also the wire harness i told them about the fuel pressure bs and they not even looking at that smh

 

Yeah I told volvo to check that too but they still insist on buying this turbo actuator I mean I then put 6k allready and still no fix trucks runs like something is clogged up after I get to 40 mph the fuel pressure code didn’t come up until the put a new egr valve and egr cooler on it

 

Volvo is now saying it could be my vgt actuator truck ran fine for a week and now it’s doing the same thing what’s funny when I drove it to volvo today it wouldn’t go pass 45mph it would just ack like something is clogged like bad gas or something with the check fuel filter but I let off the throttle slowly and push down on it slowly and truck ran to 85mph it’s funny after I do a parked regen that’s when the Derate happen but here’s my codes I wrote em down this time
