If you click them, it will list some of the features. I've never used any of the software, so I only know what I've heard or read. The first subscription sounds like the one OTR Performance offers, where you can monitor engine parameters and clear fault codes. One difference between those two might be how it interacts with the hardware. I've only seen PTT used with a laptop, where the OTR Performance subscription can be used from a smartphone. I think PTT has commands to perform certain tests, while the OTR subscription looks like it's read only.

The more expensive version allows you to reprogram injectors after you replace them. I don't think it allows you to reprogram the truck's tuning to increase or decrease horsepower/torque. If I was running a fleet or shop to repair multiple trucks, I would only use the more expensive one. There is probably a lot more to it, but I don't know enough about the specific functions of the software.

 

I think it's everything the dealer can do except horsepower tuning. Verify with someone who knows for sure, though. Maybe ask Volvo before you buy it.

 

It will do everything you really need to do. Some changes needs a direct link to Volvo to be done, which the dealer would have to do.
